"Driving for Surviving" Melanoma Golf Tournament The Foundation will not be holding a golf tournament and silent auction in 2011, but we still welcome your donations to help us "touch a life." Please click on the "Make a Donation" link for instructions. Thank you for your continued support. Please note that the Foundation is now located in Reston, VA.

Race for the Cure John Staren captained a team of walkers from the Foundation in the Susan G. Komen National Race for the Cure held on June 7, 2003 in Washington, DC. The team raised more than $2,600 for breast cancer research. On June 5, 2004, John led another team which raised additional money for this worthy cause. See photos

Courtyard Beautification Project A team of six volunteers from the Foundation participated in a project to create a courtyard habitat at Wakefield Forest Elementary School in Fairfax, VA. The courtyard habitat will be an outdoor living environment to be used in the curriculum for students from kindergarten through 6th grade. The formal dedication ceremony was held on June 14, 2004. Relay for Life Becky Fister led a team from the Foundation in the 24-hour Relay for Life on June 14-15, 2003 at Robinson Secondary School in Fairfax, VA. The team raised $2,100 for the American Cancer Society. See photos
